Still here
Hi, I am still here and I actually have been still keeping track of my points. The problem seems to be that I have pretty much consistently went over my points everyday by about 6-7 points. The good new is I have kept the 2lbs I lost off from when I was serious the first 2 weeks. So I am back on too! I am leaving for St. George today for the weekend and will do my best, but am really planning on buckling down on Monday.
Before I end I wanted to let you guys know what has totally saved me the past 2 weeks. In the first book called book I that you get at WW there is a recipe on p. 63 for Garden Vegetable Soup. In my older WW book they called it 1 point soup. Anyway, it is seriously so good and I double the recipe then just eat it like crazy, especially when I have been bad for another meal. The only thing I do different from the recipe is us Garbonzo beans instead of green beans.

WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN??????? Yes it's true...after a week of being sooooo on track with points and still having 35 flex points to blow....that's it. .8...not even a full pound weight loss. I was certain that I had lost more because my pants were seriously sagging and slippin off my waist right out of the dryer. So I guess inch loss is just as good as pound loss (thanks to that starkpeople article that Cindy posted). I'm going to keep pluggin' away- next week will be better or SO HELP ME!!!!!!

Yesterday I went to the Dr. for my yearly physical.
My blood pressure was high,
my cholesterol was high,
I'd gained some weight,
and I didn't feel so hot.
My Dr. said eating right doesn't have to be complicated
and it would solve my physical problems.
He said, "just think in colors"

OK, I buy the Sara Lee Delightful 100% whole wheat bread w/honey at the bread store for .90!! 2 slices=1 point. I LOVE IT!!

Man, what a day! First of all...Welcome Melinda! We are going to have a ROCKING time being LOSERS!!! Second of all...Cindy, what the heck kind of Bread are you eating that's only 1 point? I want to try it! I totally know what you mean by snacking, I feel like a two year old who just needs to have a cookie in each hand while I run around and play (minus the playing, I really just want a treat in each hand while I sit on my bum all day and do pretty much nothing hahaha). Ummmm....

...then Grace brought over a plate of the most wonderful brownies I've ever had...and Reagan just happened to leave that plate by the computer as I edited pictures...so to make a long story short...

Yes, I was on last night and was trying to get this super cool tool off of the http://weightwatchen.com/ site, but I couldn't get it to work and got all sorts of bugged about it!!! We should add the site as a link off the blog. It's awesome!!! She's started a new blog at http://ronisweigh.com/, but the first site has a ton of cool stuff. I just haven't looked at it FOREVER.

HAHAHAHAHA CINDY, I am laughing my face off right now! I logged on to type my stuff in for the day, but I forgot my tracker. So I logged out. Hey everybody...this is AMY. NO, I'm not going to tell you how much my chunky butt weighs... :o) I will however tell everyone out there in the WORLD what the heck I am eating everyday!
