Friday

Saturday (today was way harder for me!!!)
Rice Krispy cereal - 2
banana - 2
milk - 1
rice - 4
beans - 2
tomato - 0
cucumber - 0
popcorn - 8 (yeah, we went to the movies :))
taco shells - 3
meat - 2
zucchini - 0
italian dressing - 4
slimabear ice cream - 3
Total: 31 (-6)
We so need to start with the motivational thoughts for the day. I could have used one today!! I'll try to come up with one for tomorrow.
