I finially found all my booklets and am ready to begin. After seeing what I looked like in some pictures I am really ready and needing to drop it like its howt, just so I can feel healthy. Here is what I ate yesterday.
3/4 C Honey Nut Cherrios w/ 2% milk
1 small apple snack
sandwitch for lunch
2slices wheat bread
2slices motz cheese
1tbsp mayo
1 slice bologna
7 apricots slcies snack
2 rolls
1c lasagna
lots of green beans zero points
7 apricots slices w/ 1/2 c cottage cheese
Total pts 28 two pts left shoot.
I got two of my milks in and 3 waters and 3 out of the five fruits and veggies whooooo!!!
